Residential Fourth Density (R4) Zoning Review

The city of Ottawa is reviewing its zoning by-laws for Residential 4 (R4) zoning. Much of Lowertown is classified as R4 as of now. The city is circulating a discussion paper to give residents an idea of what the considerations are. More information can be found on the city website here.
