Invitation from the National Capital Commission

As many of you are aware, the NCC is undertaking renovation work at 483 and 485 Sussex Drive (along the Tin House Court yard). In order to do this work we must relocate the tenants that are currently in the building. One of the tenants, a lawyer, will be relocated to 283 Sussex Drive where he will set-up his office. This use will require a change in zoning. Should you wish to obtain more details, the NCC will be hosting an information session on December 2, 2015 at 100 Sparks Street on the 4th floor from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
