The Lowertown Community Resource Centre is offering free parenting classes: "Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting", created by Joan E. Durrant, Ph.D. For parents and caregivers of children from infancy to 18 years of age. This program provides a way of teaching our children while being respectful of the child as a learner and individual human being.
